All Dialog box content cut off

Something happened, and all of my office 2003
applications are affected. If you open up a dialog box
such as "paragraph" in word, either the fonts overlap
eachother, or the tabs are not viewable or the fonts are
really large and push button and other options off of the
box so that you can not click on them. I have tried
repairing and reinstalling the applications, but so far I
am having no luck. I have also reset my desktop theme to
the original and that hasn't changed anything. Any help?

The usual reason is that the System font has been "adjusted"

Control Panel, Display, Appearence, Fonts etc.

I tried that. I reset all of the fonts etc to the default
and still it is occuring. This problem is only occuring in
Office 2003 Applications

Try extracting a new Tahoma font from the Office installation CD.

Try updating your video card driver. Ran into a simular
issue with an inhouse app that the box was shrunk but
everything inside was the correct size. Updating the
video driver solved it.
