All dialog boxes for File Open or File Save should always include the
favorites folder (in all applications). Not all such dialog boxes have the
Favorites folder. Including the Favorites folder is especially critical for
users on a network with many drives; who use the favorites folder
extensively; and/or who do not use the default "My Documents", "My Pictures"
and "My Music" folders.
