All e-mails arrive with To Do flag set

Email Client: Exchange

Every e-mail I receive comes in with its to do flag set, so my task list is essentially unusable. I do not know why this is happening or how to turn it off. I've checked Rules and none are active.

Also check your Mailing List Manager?
