All Email Settings Appear to be Correct...still can't send email.

I've double-checked my account status and tested - all processes are
completed indicating that Outlook is interfacing with the wireless network
normally...but when I click the "send" button from the email window
absolutely nothing happens. The email just sits in the Outbox (not
italicized). When I click the "send/receive" button from the Mail/folders
window the "Outlook Send/Receive Progress" window shows each of the processes
working normally...but it's as though Outlook doesn't see my email. I've
tried sending something to different addresses (including myself). Same
problem.

You should post this in one of the Outlook newsgroups; this one is for
OneNote. When you do, make sure you mention what version of Outlook you're
using.

In the meantime check this out: http://www.slipstick.com/problems/nosend.htm
