All incoming email goes to my junk mail box, even though I have(1)not changed any mail list or other rule, (2) have turned off my junk mail filters (i.e,, to "none"), and (3) never had this problem in three years operating Office 2004 Student Edition.
Even emails from senders I have since marked as safe domains/not junk continue to go only to my junk box.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
