All Enterprise Resources are grayed-out

We are deploying MS Project Server in my area and we are facing several
problems. One problem I running into is that I have an active enterprise
project that was built on the server and used the enterprise resource pool to
add both actual and generic resources. I am now at the point where I need to
switch the generic resources with actual people but when I use the assign
function from Project Professional 2003 all of the enterprise resources are
grayed-out. I cannot add or match to a single resource.

Any ideas????

Thanks

It sounds like your Project Server administrator changed the default
security permissions in Project Server. By chance, did he/she remove the My
Organization category from the Project Managers group? If so, he/she should
set the Assign Resource permission to Allow for the My Projects category in
the Project Managers group. If not, then please let us know what changes
he/she made to the default permission in the system.

Dale,

Thanks for the quick response and thanks for the advice. That did the trick.
