All folders not importing from back up

Recently after having a crash and reinstalling Outlook I have tried to import
and/or open my old pst file but it only restores the basic folders, inbox,
sent, deleted etc. It will not import all of my mail folders I use for
business and these are a lot of email folders. I'm not sure why. I did this
on the same comptuer prior and all the floders installed but now I am not
having any luck in doing so. Any thoughts?

Never import a PST. Open it in Outlook with FIle?Open>Outlook Data File.
