Just upgraded to Word 2008 for Mac. Here is the second of my bizarre problems: All incoming documents saved by clients as .doc (in older versions of Word) are downloaded as .doc.dot
I understand these are templates. But they were not saved as templates by the sender, and I have not asked them to be saved as templates. What's the scoop? Can I make it stop doing this?
