All Mail Fields - From Field

I have seen this a few times where a user has a contact/vcf that when they
try to send it to someone it autopopulates a from field in the email that is
not the user trying to forward it. I have found this perviously be going to
all fields and the all mail fields section of the vcf and removing the name
there, but now for some reason I cannot remove that name any longer.

Is there another way to get rid of this?
