E-mail problem with Outlook
Approximately month ago “for no apparent reason and without warningâ€, all my
e-mail begin going into my junk e-mail folder. I changed the my preferences
from “low†Filtering to “no automatic filtering†in my junk e-mail options.
Nothing changed.
Every e-mail still goes directly into the junk e-mail folder no matter how
many times I received e-mail from the sender before or even if they are on my
safe list.
I changed the settings several times and nothing changes in terms of the way
the email comes in. I have used “detect and repair†option in Outlook under
the tools task bar and that is not helped.
Do you know why this is occurring and most importantly what is the fix the
problem. It's difficult sort through all your hundreds of junk mail to find
the ones you want.
