All messages from a user are red ~ OL2002

We use Outlook 2002 @ work. Several months ago I did something so that
any message from my boss comes in red text in my message list. I can't
remember how I did this now. I'd like to turn the "red" highlight off.
Does anyone know what I am referring to and how to go about changing
it.
