All messages I send are underlined, how do I get rid of it?

I have checked Word templates, carried out two detect and repairs, updated
everything but still can't rid of the problem. A member of my family (non
technical person) used my PC, word and outlook, since then all the messages I
send are underlined on receipt but not on sending.

It is driving me nuts, does anyone have any suggestions please?
