All my editing options in visio are grayed out. Please help!

I have been using the same copy of Vsio standard 2007 since last October.
For some reason starting last week the program is not longer working. I can
open my visio files but I can not edit anything. All the buttons as well as
the drop down menus are grayed out. Does anyone know what may be wrong or
how I can go about fixing this issue?

Has this copy of Visio been registered/activated? Look on the help
menu (assuming that is working!).

The copy was activated using the online activation process. Any other ideas?

I double checked and it looked like it was not activated before, so I
activated it and it seems to be working fine. Thank you for your help!
