all my Word documents print in GREEN only - why?

I am one of several users of Word on my desktop computer, but ONLY when
signed in on my account do all MY documents come out printed in GREEN ink
ONLY - every time. Others sign into their accounts [same copmputer, same
Word program] and print whatever they want in [default color] BLACK - huh?

When you choose File - Print Preview, in what color does the text appear
onscreen?
