All new appointments saved as current time/date

All new appointments that I enter in the Outlook calendar
are saved as occuring right now. All future entries - for
example, January 1st, 2004 8:00 pm, or November 10th,
2003 8:00pm - are saved as November 10th, 2003 4:10 pm.
I checked my time zone, it's set correctly.

Any suggestions???
