ALL of word program is write protected

My whole Word program is write protected, All documents that I open are write
protected and I cannot create new documents in word, I have removed Microsoft
office 2003 and restalled this did not correct the problem

Sounds like you have a trial version of Office 2003, and the
trial period has expired.
