All Office 2003 applications crash when closing the application.

All the Office 2003 applications crash when I close them, e.g. I am
redirected to the Send / don't send report wizard. No matter all the patchs
or reinstallations I perform the issue still occurs. Do you Have any
suggestions on how to fix it?
