All Office 2007 programs shutting down unexpectedly

All of my Office 2007 programs are shutting down after about 15 seconds.
I've run all of the updates, uninstall/reinstall and run the repair tool from
the CD. I'm at my wits end on where to look for a solution. Anybody have an
idea where to start?

Do you have Adobe Acrobat (Full version, not Reader) installed?

Please visit http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/ and click
on "Validate Office" to make sure you have a "genuine"
version of Microsoft Office 2007 installed.
Post back to this thread with the results.

Have you scanned your computer for virus's and malware?
Office will not just close for no reason other than a malware
infection of some type.

I've scanned the machine using McAffee VirusScan and found nothing. If you
have a recommendation for a free malware scanner I'm open to suggestion.

I just scanned the computer again using the Microsoft Malware detection
software as well as the online check-up with no abnormal results. Any other
ideas?

Uninstall Microsoft Office, then reinstall it.
