all office calender for 4 person Non Profit

G

Gordon Price

I am helping a little non profit with some general computer stuff, and one
thing that came up is shared calenders and Outlook, without Exchange. They
have 4 users, and are lucky to be getting the funding to upgrade all the
machines to WindowsXP (current config is I believe 1 XP, 1 Me and a couple
98s. ACK!) So SBS and Exchange are just not in the budget picture. however,
shared schedules would be a HUGE help. Is there anything out here that would
work? I know there are ways to post calenders on line, but the goal really
is to be able to schedule meetings and events, and see what everyone else in
the office is doing. Being able to 'schedule' resources would also be great,
but I realize that may be well beyond anything but Exchange.

Thanks in advance,
Gordon
