all office programs wont load or work

i've tried using microsoft word and power point, but it always tells me if i
want to start it, i have to start it in SAFE MODE so i do and it works and i
do whatever i need to do, but when i close it and try to open the file again,
it just keeps on loading and loading and wont ever work, and ends up showing
as NOT RESPONDING, i've uninstalled it a bunch of times and reinstalled it
again and still it doesnt work, i tried "reparing" it and it wont
work.....same thing keeps on happening.
:S what should i do?
