all outside incoming e-mails desapear within 30 1/2 minute

all the outside incoming e-mails desapear within 30 seconds, I have no idea
where they go to, I only get the e-mail from our internal e-mail system.
does any body have any idea how I can fix this problem?

My guess its a filter or a rule that casing the problem. Look in your delete
or spam folder for lost messages. In fact look in all folders for the
missing messages.

If you can't find them and your office is using Exchange I bet the issue is
with it.
