all publisher pages don't display in the html file

I've made a Publisher web page with 3 pages from a template as a newsletter. The additional text in each has been flowed into text boxes over pages 4-12. When I save as MHTML, and copy and paste the HTML source to my web server, I see only the first page.

Also, I am not able to link within the document, to specific text; only to pages.
Do help!

which is it, is the newsletter 3 pages or 12?

When I save as MHTML,

huh? mhtml. you don't save as mhtml for a web site. mhtml simply saves the
current web page as a stand-alone file.

huh? you paste source code to the server? do you mean you upload web pages?

yeah, I think there may be several things you are doing incorrectly. I'd
recommend going thru my tutorial on creating and uploading a pub site -

correct. Publisher has no support for that.
you can however do it manually thru code inserts.
