All reminders pop-up

All my reminders pop-up everyday (about 200 plus). It displays the reminders
that are due in the present and future (thus, today, tomorrow, in 2 days, in
1 week, 1 month, 1 year, etc). I have run the switches for Outlook but it has
not solved my problem. My mailbox is hosted on the Exchange server (2003).
Other users post tasks on my task list. Can anyone help with the problem?

Have you already used /cleanreminders?

I have run cleanreminders and every other solution I can find on the net. I
have even created the user's exchange mailbox from scratch ... I have also
opened a data file using the open a data file menu instead of importing an
old data file and nada ... I would really appreciate some help.
