All Report Settings Went from Inches to Metric

In Access 2003, suddenly all of my settings: indent, grid size, margin
width, ruler, everything has changed to metric.
How can I get them to go back to inches?

Open the Windows Control Panel.
Go to Regional Settings.
Set the value in there.
