All Resource Initials as Enterprise Field

After using MsProject Pro (2003) and PWA for a while I've realized that it
would be
very usefull for me to have an Enterprise Project Field containing the
initials of all the resources used on a Project. This is specially usefull
when visualizing projects on PWA.

Any idea on how to do this?

I would be even better if I could have a field for all the resources of a
specified group, working on each project.
