I am using win7 64bit, excel version 2007. Printer is an HP LaserJet 1320.
My problem is that ALL shaded cells print pure black. Even with Cells that I give a white background color print pure black as well.
Through ( print preview, page setup, check "black and white") I can get the info onto paper but it would be nice to see some shading sometimes.
MS Word will print a table with shaded cells just fine. The HP LaserJet 1320 is a black and white printer but it does all sorts of beautiful gray as well in other programs.
