Allow all readers to have read/write priviledges

Hi -

Is there a way for me to change the default behavior of the workspaces that
would allow any user to have write / contribute permissions to any workspace.

We are running into problems where people may need to approve a document -
but they are SME types vs team member types. Having to issue them a task just
to make them a team member to approve a document is quite time consuming and
frustrating for a team of 400+ engineers.

If you don't care about security you can open up the workspaces by adding
Domain Users directly to the workspace with edit rights. That way, all
users on your domain will have edit rights. If you have a smaller AD group
that represents this 400+ user base, then you could use that instead.

Or assuming all your PWA users are in the Team Members group, you could give
that group "save project to project server" rights on My Organization which
will elevate all users permissions to "Project Managers (Microsoft Office
Project Server)" group on all workspaces.
