Allow attachment of DEADLINES to e-mails, auto-activated in recip.

Allow attachement of DEADLINES to e-mails, that automatically activate in the
recipient's calendar. The recipient could have an option to turn DEADLINES,
on or off, or to have outlook ask the user per case.

This would be SO useful in the financial world, where we recieve notices on
corporate actions everyday by FAX, for the same actions over and over. The
result is confusion, waste of paper & resources, and lost time.
