Allow Delete cells but not rows

Dear experts,
How can I set in spreadsheet so that I can allow delete of cell contents
from A1 to BZ65543 ?
But even delete one rows are not allowed in that tab due to some functions
(formula) in cells CA1 to CQ2 ?

Tools-->Protection-->ProtectSheet-->

You can specify what to allow and what to be restricted...
