Allow Drag-n-Drop of contacts into Distribution list. (Outlook)

You can't drag contacts into a distribution list?!!?! Seriously frusterating!

When using public folders, you can't always see individual contacts. "add
new.." looks like it should make sense but it doesn't. Drag-n-drop works
everywhere else... why can't it work in distribution lists?
