Allow members to create a web page on our site?

Hi,

We have a site with a members only subweb setup.

Within this directory I would like to provide several different designed
template web pages, all containing the same fields of information, which our
members can complete online to host their own page within our site.

I can do this as 'Forms' which will send the results to us to then we inturn
manually re-enter the info into the page and publish it with FP.

However, is there a way to automate it?
