My boss shares his email with me so I can review them and flag them for
importance for him. In Outlook 2003 I used to be able to mark them with a
colored flag without having to fully open the email. I just looked at the
email in the review pane.
In Outlook 2007, I want to mark each email with a color category but I can't
unless I completely open up the email. The email then shows that it has been
read.
I want to add a color category without having to fully open the email. Is
there a way to do that in Outlook 2007?
Thanks!
