Allow partial downloads - i.e. Word for sp3, over 3 hrs for a dow.

At 56K, XP SP3 is 225 min (3.1 hrs!). Why can't we pick and choose which
partss of the SP we need? I only need the Word portion. Or make a CD
available for installation.
