Allow selecting column for ALL email folders in one step

I have plenty of email folders and I want to add the "size" column in all of
them. I found no way to to this in a simple way. It looks like I have to go
to each folder separately and add the "size" column there folder by folder.
This is very tedious, time-consuming and user-unfriendly.
