Allow sticky notes to be attached to emails in my inbox

Sticky notes should really act like the real thing. Sometimes I have an old
email in my inbox that I want to attach a note or reminder to, and it would
be really nice if I could post a sticky note to the email since items in the
inbox are not editable until you reply or forward them. The note should
dissappear from the screen (almost everyone here at the office works in
preview pane) when you click onto another email in the inbox and reappear
when you click back on that email. It should stay expanded like a full-size
post-it (if I decide to make it so) and should remember where on the email I
placed it. They should also be resizable by dragging the lower corner.

A right mouse click should allow the deletion of the note.

I know that notes can be attached to an email when you view it by double
clicking on it, and selecting "Item" from the "Insert" menu, but the process
of attaching it is cumbersome and requires that the sticky note have already
been written so that you can select it from a list. This does not allow for
notes to be added on the fly. It should all work through the preview pane.

Thanks for listening to my rant.
Sincerely,
Frank
