Allow Team Managers & Members to set start dates

Is there a way in Project Web Access to allow Team Members and Team Managers
to edit/modify the Start Date (read-write as opposed to read-only) in the
Time Sheet View of Tasks (make this an editable field, just like % Work
Completed)?

Leonard --

Team members cannot edit the Start date of a task or assignment. However,
you can add the Actual Start date to the list of Published Fields in the
project and then they can edit the date in this field. To add this field,
click Tools - Customize - Published Fields, copy the Actual Start field to
the right, and then click OK. Then click Collaborate - Publish - Republish
Assignments and click OK. If you are using Project Server 2003, you Project
Server administrator will need to edit the Timesheet view to include this
new field in the timesheet. Hope this helps.
