Allow Visio to permanently attach independant comments to shapes.

I would like to know how to keep the comment tags I assign to Visio shapes
permanently attached to the shape. The way it is now, if I move a shape, I
have to go back and move its comment tag separately. This essentially makes
moving a shape a two-step process.

What I want to do is use the independent comment function, but once I assign
it to that particular shape I want it to stay attached to and move with the
shape no matter where I position the shape on the screen. Think along the
lines of a comment attached to a cell in Excel. If you have a comment in Cell
A1 and then cut/paste the cell to Cell Z26 the comment moves with the cell.
Think also of PowerPoint. If I have two shapes on a PowerPoint presentation I
can either keep them as independant shapes or group them together so if I
need to move them both I can do so with a single cursor drag.
