allow wildcards in email addresses to block spam.. IE @*.*.jp

spammers use junk domains and change them everyday. Example: (e-mail address removed)
will be (e-mail address removed)34.jp tomarrow.
I want to put @*.*.jp on the blocked junk address list and block ALL EMAIL
from .jp (japan) domains. (and many others)

Already possible by blocking the Top-Level Domain on the International tab
in Junk Email Options

You can additionally use rules to move the items to the Junk E-mail folder
if the address contains a certain string of characters.

Under "Junk Email Options" the only tabs I have are:
(Options) (Safe Senders) (Safe Recipients) (Blocked Senders)

The rules are helpful, that is how I will go. It would be a lot quicker if
Microsoft would use the "*" as a wildcard. It would save writing a lot of
"rules" and "filters" that may not be effective. What we really need is the
Feds to pass laws with big teeth (and fines) and do somthing about the abuses.

Already possible by blocking the Top-Level Domain on the International tab

International is also a tab. Could it be that your admin has restricted
access to it?
Additionally check that you have Office 2003 SP2 applied; Help-> About
