AllowBypassKey set to false

I'd like to set the AllowBypassKey to false so that users cannot hold down the shift key and bypass startup procedures

The help files just tell you to write code or a macro, but no good examples are given. Does anyone have code already built to do this. Seems like this must have been done a thousand times already
