Allowing editing in a Pivot table

I have seen examples that you can edit the content in a
Pivot table. I want to use this functionality to
create "What if?" analysis. My problem is that I can't
find a way to "open" the Pivot table for editing, I
always receive the message: "You can't change this part
of a Pivot table report".

Is there a property I have to define?

NO,You can not changed it.But you can copy it to another sheet as "data",and
you can edit it in this sheet.
