allowing others to access either my Outlook and/or Calender-Outlook 2003

I have been trying to map or do something to enable other
to see my calendar and/or update. My objective is to have
my assitant modify my calendar, so we both have access.

I'm a novice to this all & have not been able to figure
it out yet--any help would be appreciated.
