Owner rights were given to one person to delete appointments on a shared
calendar for a conference room throughout my company via Exchange 2003. A
typical user can add appointments on the calendar for this conference room
which is good but a typical user can schedule an appointment when the room is
already taken.
Is there any way that a typical user can be prevented from scheduling an
appointment when the conference room is already booked?
Thank you for looking.
