alphabetizing 7 pages in word 2000

Hello,
I am trying to alphabetize 7 pages of names and
addresses in word. I can only get word to alphabetize the
last sheet(page7). Any help will be GREATLY appreciated!!!

If you created these as a label mail merge, then each sheet of labels is a
separate section and therefore a separate table. You can remove the section
breaks (with unpredictable results), but you may still find that you can't
sort the labels the way you want to because you can sort on only one table
column at a time (still assuming these are labels).
