Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Hi,
I have a seemingly simple task at hand, but for some reason I can't find out how to perform it. I'm writing a book and I've compiled a list (400) of references all in APA. I want to sort these in alphabetical order according to the first authors last name. When I select all and go to sort the default "paragraph" setting sorts the names and only the first line of the reference. I found out though that your supposed to be able to type in that space on the sorted a word command, but every one I try is rejected. Can anybody help me with this?
Thanks,
Michael
