Hello. I've had the Office XP Suite for about three
months. When I click OPEN I get what appears to be a
chronological listing of files - in whatever location
(Documents, my Zip drive, etc.) - with the last-accessed
file at the end. (This makes finding a file very time
consuming...) Two questions: Is this a defect in the
software? And/or How can I correct it - i.e., get WORD to
list files to OPEN alphabetically. Thanks very much.
