Alphabetizing

I have a user that when she goes into word, open files,
the files do not come up alphabetical order. Should I
have her preform a detect and repair? Reinstall? How can I
help her out?

Right-click inside the file area of the File Open dialog box, select
"Arrange icons", "By date".

Is she looking at the "Details" view? If so, she should be able to click on
the "Names" heading and sort alphabetically.
