When composing an email I see the standard menu bar: File Edit
View Insert Format, etc. Each of these has a hotkey that opens the
corresponding menu: Alt-F, Alt-E, Alt-V, etc.
Problem:
All the hotkeys work correctly except Alt-E (Edit). When this hotkey
is used the Edit menu button appears 'depressed' but the Edit pull
down does not open up.
After Alt-E, I have to use Down-Arrow to get the menu to open, then I
can get to Find, which is what I ultimately want.
I am so used to Words Alt-E, F combination that this really bugs me.
Why does it do it?
Is there a fix/work around?
Thanks
