I'm reposting this, as I'm yet to find a solution. I have a user who
is having problems with her ALT hotkeys in MS Office. For instance,
in an email, if she hits ALT+S, the "Send" button highlights, but
doesn't "click". Similarly, if she hits alt+v, instead of dropping
the View menu, it just highlights the word "View" at the top of the
screen.
Has anyone seen this before? I've reinstalled Office, yet this still
occurs. The Alt key works normally in other apps. What should I do?
