alt-spacebar

Is there a way to change , maybe with a macro or VBE, some
of these Windows keyboard settings, like alt-spacebar? I
wnat it to do nothing, as I often accidentally hit these
keys. thanks

I doubt there's a way in VBA, and while there may be some
arcane method using the Windows programming interface, it's
probably not for beginners (or intermediates...).

What I've done to detoxify keys I often hit in error which
can't be fixed with VBA is remap them using a third-party
keystroke recorder. There are several on the market. I
personally like Keyboard Express (www.keyboardexpress.com),
although I haven't seen the latest update, which apparently
revamps the whole interface.
