'ALT=' text when hovering over linked image in HTML Email

In outlook 2002 when I would hover the mouse over an image that was also a
link it would display the 'alt=' text, like you would expect in a web
browser. It looks like this has changed in outlook 2003, now when I hover
over a linked image it displays the link's URL, not the alt= text. Is there
an advanced setting somewhere so I can change this?

Thanks.

No. It was changed for security reasons - all tips show the underlying url
so you can see where they go before clicking.
